Hi! I’m Sarah, the founder of Word Stride. I have always loved writing, and in 2018, I turned that love into a freelance career.
With training in creative writing from online courses, I’ve honed my skills as a non-fiction and fiction editor. Whether it’s editing, proofreading, or shaping training materials and manuscripts, I’ve got you covered.
My first priority in editing is matching your unique voice and tone—so your style stays yours. To kick things off, I offer free sample edits and written passages before diving into any project.
My goal is to use my writing expertise to help you achieve your dreams of becoming a published author or a sharper communicator. I understand the business of book publishing, from crafting stand out queries to navigating the search for a literary agent. I can help you with your entire writing journey.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me reading, writing, running with my dogs, or playfully teasing my husband.
